Best Budget Wireless Bluetooth Earphones??
First I would like to thank ALWUP for send me their earphones to review and yes that’s the name of the company. Anyway, If you would like to see what comes inside the box, watch the video below. I have used these earphone for a week or so already and seem to have a pretty good understanding of them, so let's start with the case of the earphones.
The case itself is small, light, and quite minimalistic with the company’s name, a made in china writing, an indicator light and a female micro USB for charging. The case is made of black chrome plastic and does like collect finger prints, dust and finger smudges all over the case. The case also has magnets and everyone loves magnets. When you close the case, it is held shut by magnets and when placing the earphones in the case there are some pin connector to charge the earphones and also more magnets!! The case is where you store the earphones and charge them even when not connected to a power source. But when your case and earphone run out of battery you have you charge the case with a micro USB cable, which charges the earphones first and then the case itself. ALWUP claim that the earphones can last from 4-7 hours depending on the volume and the charging case could fully charge the Bluetooth headset from 2 or 3 times. I would say it would be close to the claimed hours as I have charged them only once during the time of testing.
What about the earphones themselves?
The earphone themselves are super small and lightweight. They also have the same black chrome coating on the outside of the earphone like the charging case. The earphones do fit really well in my ear and don’t fall out when running or doing not so extreme exercises which made me really enjoy the fitment of these earphones. The headset does have a button on the earphones for music control and all of the normal controls. But I did find sometimes I clicked the button when putting the earphone in my ears. I also did notice that when one earphone is deeper inside of my ear then the other, the other one would sound quitter and make the audio sound funny, so you have make sure they are both pushed well inside your ear. The Bluetooth range is nothing special, it’s around 4m depending on your device.
Now the most important thing, the audio!!
For 29 € (ES: https://amzn.to/2oO87q3) these earphones sounded supersizing, outstanding for the price. They have some nice bass from such small earphones, and were just below clear when comparing them to my PLT backbeat Fit 3200 and if you would like me to do a review on them as well let me know below. Back to the ALWUP earphones; if you would like to listen to how they sound, there is a clip in my youtube video below.
Unfortunately, I did notice a funny thing happening to my set of earphones but not sure if it is only my set. But when I paused my music for around 2 mins and then comeback to play it, sometimes the music would play but really loudly so I try turn the volume down on my phone or on the earphones, and it is also showing that it’s lowering the volume but it doesn’t change the volume. Other times it decides to disconnect when I put the volume all the way down or all the up while having the earphone stuck at one volume. Really weird but all ALWUP wireless headphones include a 45-day money back and 12 months warranty which is great to hear but I don’t think it’s that big of an issue for me to send them back.
Overall, I actually really enjoyed using these earphones. They are super easy to carry wherever I am and use with the perfect amount of bass for me. If I would rate these wireless earphones it would 7 out of 10 overall and can recommend them if you love bass over clearer audio as I feel like you get a lot for your money.
